Description of problem:

In GNOME3, showing the application list (<alt>Tab) while setroubleshoot is open, shows a poor quality application list icon

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
 * setroubleshoot-3.0.31-1.fc15.x86_64
 * gnome-shell-3.0.0.2-2.fc15.x86_64

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install F-15-Beta (or newer)
2. Login to shell
3. Start 'setroubleshoot'
4. Press <alt>Tab to display application list

I'm not sure what the problem was in Fedora 15 with this. We had a high-resolution icon available; I don't know if it's some issue with the .desktop pointing to the wrong file or some kind of naming issue.

This isn't reproduceable in Fedora 16 so I can only guess that it was fixed somehow. I'm going to reassign it to you Dan because I don't think it's an artwork issue.

This is reproducible in F16. I am still getting the SVG rather than the highres 256x256px.
