But there is /etc/tmpfiles.d/opencttmp.conf file in the current openct package in F15, so where the bug is? My bad, I had downgraded openct to the version from RHEL-6 because of the coldplug problems I reported in the other bug, as at first I had not figured out it was a cold plug problem and I did have success with RHEL-6 (while hotplugging).
