You need to wait until the retrace job is finished. This may take several minutes. The certificate issue should be solved by providing Fedora-signed certificate before F15 release.

It eventually did.   See this bug.  https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=697198

Just thought you might want to know about the certificate issue.
