Description Bruce O. Benson 2011-04-16 19:11:03 UTC
Description of problem:

Users are likely to be used to seeing gnote as installed and available immediately upon installation of Fedora 15.
...Esp from the DVD.
...Esp when the user selects "Desktop" install type.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Fedora 15-Beta x86_64

Additional info:

I'm not opening this as a complaint about whether or not gnote should be in Fedora 15. This bug is here to allow entry of information to users:

- is gnote held back due to F15 Beta period?
- is gnote held back due to dev of gnome-shell?
- will the GNOME3 note taking app still be gnote?

This is not the place for the dependency bug. Opening that one separately.

This isn't a bug. This is a change by the desktop team that I am not part of. Ask in desktop list for details
