Description of problem:
libpng needs to be updated

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.2.44

How reproducible:
very ... as of today

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum list libpng


Actual results:
yum lists ->
libpng.i686                                                              2:1.2.44-3.fc15                                                            @fedora                     
libpng.x86_64                                                            2:1.2.44-3.fc15                                                            @koji-override-0/$releaseve

Expected results:
2:1.5.2.fc15 for both arch


Additional info:
According to http://www.libpng.org/pub/png/libpng.html the library is at 1.5.2 but fedora repositories still provide 1.2.44.  Some new sources are already requiring the newer libs for compilation

Considering the demand of other applications that depend on libpng (e.g. pylux.so from luxrender project), it might be best to package 1.4.5 instead. Thanks
