Description of problem:
SA did not have the CA to download the RHUI code with wget. He grabbed it from internal site to continue. Should he have needed it?  Concerns over giving the Red Hat CA.

The CA certificate is not an issue, we bundle it with RHUI as it is. The private key is the protected part and Red Hat keeps that very protected.
