Description of problem:
A fresh installation of Fedora-15-Beta will not boot unless selinux=0 is passed on the kernel bootline or selinux made a relabel.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Fedora-15-Beta-x86_64-DVD.iso (08-Apr-2011)
selinux-policy-targeted-3.9.16-15.fc15.noarch

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install a Fresh copy of Fedora-15-Beta-x86_64-DVD.iso (08-Apr-2011)
2. (reboot after installation)
3. Reboot and pass selinux=0 on the kernel bootline
  
Actual results:
Fedora-15-Beta will not boot unless selinux=0 is passed on the kernel bootline or selinux made a relabel

Expected results:
Fedora-15-Beta should boot and show gdm

If you boot with permissive mode, does it boot?  What AVC's are generated?

With today's update the problem is fixed. The thing is, that anyone (i think) who install the beta will have this problem...
