Collect performance data for the specified zfcp devices or multipath devices. Example: ziomon -d 5 -o log /dev/sda -h, --help Print usage information and exit. -v, --version Print version information and exit. -V, --verbose Be verbose. -i, --interval-length Elapsed time between recording data in seconds. All samples in this timeframe will be aggregated. Must be an even number. Defaults to 60 seconds. -d, --duration Total duration to sample data in minutes. -f, --force Force run even with insufficient disk space. -o, --outfile Specify logfile name. -l, --size-limit Specify an upper limit for the data output. Use suffixes M (megabytes), G (Gigabytes) or T (Terabytes) to specify a unit measure. Unit measure defaults to megabytes. Man pages for ziomon also reflects the correct option. An advisory has been issued which should help the problem described in this bug report. This report is therefore being closed with a resolution of ERRATA. s390-tools-rhel5-ziomon-outfile-invalid-option.patch Description: ziomon: Option '--output' should be '--outfile' as documented. Symptom: Using documented command line option '--outfile' results in error. Problem: Code checks for '--output' instead of '--outfile'. Solution: Accept command line option '--outfile' instead of '--output'. The patch has been tested, fixes the problem, and will be included in the next upstream release of the s390-tools.
