Description of problem:
To fulfil the following GSS request:

- easier/more flexibile configuration
- unified report library

we need to rebase abrt to ABRT2, becuase just backporting the changes to ABRT1 would be a lot of code change and thus quite dangerous if not impossible.

Since RHEL 6.1 External Beta has begun, and this bug remains
unresolved, it has been rejected as it is not proposed as
exception or blocker.

Red Hat invites you to ask your support representative to
propose this request, if appropriate and relevant, in the
next release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.

This bug is for RHEL6.2.

I've created #710098 as a tracker bug for existing customer's use cases we need to document in migration guide, so please create a separate bug for any known use case and mark it as a blocker of #710098.
