js error message.

Description of problem:
Javascript error finding jQuery reference in browser.  See the problem reported in IE and FF. Haven't looked in other browsers but it's probably reported there as well. See screenshot.

How reproducible:
Every time. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load or reload(F5) RHQ application and follow the javascript log/error messages.

Actual results:
JS errors are thrown/indicated. 

Expected results:
No JS errors occur.

Additional info:
References sparkline library specifically but sparklines are still working fine. This is likely a leftover reference.

Commenting usage of jquery in CoreGui.html as causing above js error messages. 
Dumped caches in browsers and both i)Dashboard Single Metric graph and ii)Sparklines on Group/Resource continue to work.

As there is no compile/build time checking for JS dependencies I'm leaving this in place for next few days in case there is some additional dependencies that I'm not aware of.

verified using FF plugin Firebug.  Firebug had previously shown the error ... but now not.

Bookkeeping - closing bug - fixed in recent release.
