How reproducible:every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1.ide volume applet and slide all the way to he right
2.open up sound settings
3.
  
Actual results:the volume is at 150%


Expected results:it should be at 100% when slide volume applet all the way to the right


Additional info:This can affect sound quality and may confuse new users
