Description of problem:
USB topology change test for USB 3.0 device with ExpressCard USB 3.0
host port always failed. The system could not probe the USB 3.0 device out.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.attach the ExpressCard USB 3.0 to the USB 2.0 port
2.attach the USB 3.0 device to the ExpressCard USB 3.0 host port
3.change the USB topology of the USB 3.0 device 
4.# fdisk -l

Actual results:
Fail

Expected results:
Pass

I think that is to attach ExpressCard USB 3.0 to an ExpressCard slot in the laptop.

Since RHEL 6.1 External Beta has begun, and this bug remains
unresolved, it has been rejected as it is not proposed as
exception or blocker.

For your information, the specific steps to change the USB topology are as
follows.
1.attach a USB 2.0 hub to another ExpressCard USB 3.0 port.
2.detach the USB 3.0 device from the ExpressCard USB 3.0 port and reattach the
 USB 3.0 device to the USB 2.0 hub port.

Hubs plugged into USB3.0 cards are not going to be fully supported for RHEL-6.1.  There are various issues with the code that will be worked out in RHEL-6.2.

This is fixed in recent usb-2.6 tree.
