Description Arand Nash 2011-04-19 15:00:41 UTC
Description of problem:
nm-applet crashes when trying to connect to a hidden wireless network

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Version : 0.8.998
Release : 2.git20110406.fc15

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open network settings
2. Select wireless and "other" in the dropdown
3. Try to connect to a new (hidden) wireless network with either WEP(key/passphrase), LEAP, or WPA personal.

Actual results:
(Instantaneous)
Wireless and wired options disappear from the network settings window, nm-applet disappears.

Additional info:
Can be reloaded back to normal by starting nm-applet

I am suspecting that it wouldn't work even if the hidden networks I was trying to connect to did in fact exist, since it seems to crash before even trying.
