Description Elison Niven 2011-04-20 04:04:06 UTC
Description of problem:
Selinux prevents connecting to internet via USB modem in default settings. tail /var/log/messages says that selinux prevented the modem to connect. I think users should be able to connect to the internet using any of their devices without bringing up the selinux settings.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Fedora 15 Beta x86_64 Live CD.

How reproducible:
I tried it only once.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.After making a mobile broadband network connection, connect to it by clicking on the connection name. (See Bug 698054 related to making a Mobile broadband connection)

Actual results:
Should be able to connect.

Expected results:
Could not connect. Selinux prevents it.

Additional info:
Doing an echo 0 > /selinux/enforce allows it to connect.
Also this bug/may not be a bug or may be just is there in the live cd may be related to Bug 459352.
