Ran livecd-iso-to-disk and received the error:

$ISO is not a file or block device.

$ISO is not a file or block device.

Expected results:
ISO transfer should start

Additional info:
Temporary fix created by enclosing the reference to $ISO with quotes on line 576 and 578.
