1) Go to  a resource and to Summary. 
2) Then go to e.g. to the alerts or monitoring tab.
3) Stay there for a while to see data change.
4) Go back to summary to see the data of step 1)

Expected in 4) is that the tab refreshes on entering.

After some (random?) time portlets in the Summary tab refresh, but this should be directly when entering the tab.
