rubygem-poppler doesn't build with poppler-0.17.0

Description of problem:
Current version of rubygem-poppler is probably missing poppler's function "poppler_page_render_to_pixbuf()" which was removed in poppler-0.17.0.

rubygem-poppler-0.90.8-2


Actual results:
Build fails.


Expected results:
Build succeed.

thank you for the new version. I'm able to compile rubygem-poppler with poppler-0.17.0 now.
