Description of problem:
In the latest AMI I noticed that aeolus-configure is logged to two different files with different sizes.  One appears to be in the puppet output format and the other is in a more traditional log file format.  The puppet format is in /var/log/ and the other is in /var/log/aeolus-configure/.


[root@domU-12-31-39-16-A1-20 log]# ll aeolus-configure.out
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 120122 Apr 20 09:57 aeolus-configure.out
[root@domU-12-31-39-16-A1-20 log]# ll aeolus-configure/aeolus-configure.log
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 134032 Apr 20 09:57 aeolus-configure/aeolus-configure.log

It might be useful to keep both since you can cat the puppet format file and see the output in the puppet output colors.  Errors are easier to see.  If that is the case, push the puppet format to /var/log/aeolus-configure/ dir and name it appropriately, something like aeolus-configure-puppet.out.

Duplicate aeolus-configure log is removed.

verification details:
The puppet format log from /var/log/ is removed.
[root@hp-z600-01 log]# ll aeolus-configure.out
ls: cannot access aeolus-configure.out: No such file or directory

[root@hp-z600-01 log]# ll aeolus-configure/aeolus-configure.log
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 23109 Jun 17 02:30 aeolus-configure/aeolus-configure.log
