I can confirm this bug on my Realtek card. Works in F14 but no longer in F15. I also can't find a GUI to create a new Ad-Hoc network, and even if I create one in nm-connection-editor, it fails to connect. Same here. I'm guessing it is N-M related. Worked fine in F14.
