SELinux prevents  USB Modem configuration in NetworkManager

Fedora 14 (x86_64)
NetworkManager 0.8.3.998
USB Modem Device: ID 1c9e:9603  

How reproducible:
Configrue USB Modem in NetworkManager


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Plugin USB Modem Device: ID 1c9e:9603
2.Configure that in NetworkManager
3.SELinux shows attached error message
  
Actual results:
No usb modem configuration possible

Expected results:
Successful usb modem configuration
