Description

I tried this on a few machines (6.1, 5.6) and the output is correct: $ rpm -qpi http://download.devel.redhat.com/brewroot/packages/libvirt/0.8.2/18.el5/x86_64/libvirt-0.8.2-18.el5.x86_64.rpm Name : libvirt Relocations: (not relocatable) Version : 0.8.2 Vendor: Red Hat, Inc. Release : 18.el5 Build Date: Wed 06 Apr 2011 10:32:09 AM CEST Install Date: (not installed) Build Host: hs20-bc2-3.build.redhat.com Group : Development/Libraries Source RPM: libvirt-0.8.2-18.el5.src.rpm Size : 11424711 License: LGPLv2+ Signature : (none) Packager : Red Hat, Inc. <http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla> URL : http://libvirt.org/ Summary : Library providing a simple API virtualization Description : Libvirt is a C toolkit to interact with the virtualization capabilities of recent versions of Linux (and other OSes). Also libvirt.spec in CVS contains the correct summary and description. It looks like it only reproduces on that single machine. IMHO it's not worth investigating any further. But if you feel like this should be fixed somehow, move this BZ to rpm component. If not, I'd close it.
