Description of problem:

With the release of Moose 2.0000, upstream has merged Class::MOP into the Moose distribution. There will be no more separate Class-MOP. Since I've just updated our perl-Moose package to 2.0000, perl-Class-MOP should be retired and blocked in rawhide.

I should be maintainer of this package, so I asked for removal of this module:
