nautilus-3.0.0-1.fc15.x86_64
Fedora 15 beta
show-desktop-icons set to true

nautilus draws desktop correctly on startup but blanks the desktop
background once I clicks an icon on the desktop. Icons are not
affected.

Thanks for the report, this is fixed in 3.0.1, which is in updates-testing now.
