updated rt2870.bin which I downloaded from ralink.com.tw

Description of problem:

the rt2870.bin firmware image (md5sum e4b60f5bb4980a26cbac32be690451d6) included with fedora 15 beta linux firmware package does not support the Ralink rt3072 wireless usb chipset when using the native Ralink wireless driver (rt2800usb.ko) in kernel. Downloading a newer version from ralink.com.tw website (md5sum d8a2bdd274ad86f60fe8643b4574387e) from archive 2011_0107_RT3070_RT3370_Linux_STA_v2.5.0.1_DPO.tar.bz2 (actaully tar.gz file) seems to fix the problem.

1. Plug in usb wlan dongle (VendorID 148f : Product ID 3072)
2. rt2800usb.ko attempts to load rt2870.bin firmware image from /lib/firmware
3. rt2870.bin does not support rt3072 chipset.
