Description of problem:
bluetooth is disabled even though physically the bluetooth button is 'on'.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
bluetooth in both f15 beta shell and fallback mode.

gnome-bluetooth 3.0.0.-1.fc15

How reproducible:
bluetooth is just disabled for whatever reason.
tried to enable it  but its not working..

[root@localhost xfoss]# systemctl start bluetooth.service
Failed to issue method call: Unit bluetooth.service is masked.
[root@localhost xfoss]# systemctl status bluetooth.service
bluetooth.service
	  Loaded: masked (/dev/null)
	  Active: inactive (dead)
[root@localhost xfoss]# systemctl restart bluetooth.service
Failed to issue method call: Unit bluetooth.service is masked.

Update your system, and run:
systemctl enable bluetooth.service
