Description of problem:
* Use "Red Hat Network" in the left pane and "Register
with Red Hat Network" on the right
* Register RHEV-H with RHN for title
* space between name and (optional)
* Gray out text instead of white highlight
* Or use darker gray backup
* Don't give user example for CA (i.e. don't show local filesystem path)
* Proxy Username, not proxy login
