The error message shown

Description of problem:
Starting empathy fails with the following message.[Screen-sot attached]

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
empathy.x86_64 - 3.0.0-1.fc15

How reproducible:
On every call to application, after first re-boot.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start the application from the favorities.
2. The empathy UI comes up with the error window.
3. The account list under EDIT> ACCOUNTS also does not come up.
  
Actual results:
The Error window shows up.

Expected results:
The client should work and show the contacts.

Debug logs attached.
