How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.start VM in src host
2.start listenning port
3.(qemu)migrate -d tcp:<ip>:<port>
4,during step 3 in progress ,repeat step3.
  
Actual results:

can't start. aborting *previos* migration

Expected results:
can't start. aborting *previous* migration

Not worth the effort (also, we would need to be sure no code using the monitor rely on the typo, to fix it).
