No warning come out, when click the "Remove" button but do not choose component

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click the "Components" label.

2.Choose nothing.

3.Click the "Remove" button.
  
Actual results:
There isn't any response.

Expected results:
A warning box should come out

no response when action without object is acceptable. 
this didn't affect any experience.
so close this bug.
