Description of problem:
The page will be frozen when input plan summary to "Add into another Plan".

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click "Test Plans" label .

2.Input some characters to "Add into another Plan".

3.Click "Add".
  
Actual results:
The pop-up page will be frozen.


Expected results:
come out a warning like "please input plan id already exist"

Additional info:(update steps:)
1. Enter to test case
2. Click Test plan label
3. Input some characters to "Add into another Plan" rather than plan ID. such as plan's summary "Test Plan for TCMS3.4 (Regression) "
4. Click add

1.the tip 'Please input the plan ID, multiple plans can be split with comma.' is not clear , should more deeper.
2. show error message when input the incorrect format data.

The legacy Ajax implementation does not come with the flexibility to specify the proper error message, instead it uses the generic database complaint message generated from backend.

Existing tips to the right side of the add button should finely supplement this defect already. Also in view of the fact that the false attempt does not produce consequences, this bug is to be closed, being attributed to a WONTFIX.
