To be honest I am not sure I am able to help you - Fedora is getting rid of various suid binaries and other stuff with escalated privileges in favour of Linux capabilities... Wireshark itself can work without these capabilities, it's just up to rpm to allow installation of such packages (and up to you to set up suid, sudo or similar measure after the installation). *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 648654 *** |
