Description of problem:
When moving a window from one workspace to other, dasher rearranges the layout
But when closing them, this does not happen!

I know it is a minor bug, maybe even 1 line fix!

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open 3-4 windows in the same workspace
2. Go to overview mode
3. close one
  
Actual results:
Windows are in the same position

Expected results:
Rearrange with one window less

this needs to be fixed in dasher
