Description of problem:
 The LXDE Digital Clock panel applet preferences window says to "man 3 strftime" for more information, but the strftime manual page is missing.

 manual page is easily found with googleing but it should be included in Fedora for completness.

Please what is your version of man-pages package, I just check the last version and the man-page is already there.

Sorry, the LXDE spin image didn't install man-pages by default.
