Description of problem:

How reproducible:
5/5

Prerequisites :
Rhel5.7 , Rhel 6.1 Client with latest subscription manager 

Steps to repro : 
1) Login to Rhel5.7 and rhel6 client
2) invoke subscription manager gui 
3) press “import Certificate “ Button to open import cert dialog box 
4) Now try to access background button ie : “view system facts “, “Register/Unregister system”

Expected Result : 
At step 4 background button should not be clickable.

Actual Result : 
At step 4 all background button and tabs are click able.
