Description of problem:

Firefox ignores Gnome 3 proxy settings if set to "use system proxy settings"

Proxy settings are working using system-update, yum, google chrome etc.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. set proxy using gsettings or System Settings->Network->Network Proxy
2. open firefox, set to use "use system proxy settings" (Edit->Preferences->Advanced->Network->Settings...)
3. visit some site and verify if it was using the proxy or not 
  
Actual results:
Connection fails if direct connection is impossible or just bypasses the proxy

Expected results:
use the proxy
