WARN_ON(drv_sta_add(local, sdata, &sta->sta)); what mean driver fail to add info about remote station to the firmware. But before, we have ieee80211_restart_work() - firmware have to be restarted for some reason.

I think this could be related with other iwl3945 bug that is already fixed in kernel-2.6.38.4-20.fc15. Could you try that kernel and/or provide full dmesg/logs from broken kernel?
