Steps to reproduce:
1. added an IRC network and server to IM accounts preferences pane (connecting to a bip with SSL and password)
2. dialog for password pops up (even though I did enter the PW in the IRC setup screen)
3. enter password into popup (selecting 'remember password')
4. see it log in
5. change status to available
6. switch desktop to one showing my actice XChat (logged into the same bip) to have a look in preparation of sending a test message

Actual results:
crash in gnome-control-center shortly after desktop switch

Expected results:
no crash

Additional information:
I am not sure if the desktop switch triggered it or if it would also have crashed without switching.

How reproducible:
subsequent account additions were fine
close bug if nothing useful in backtrace
