I expect <group op="=" value=""/> to match systems with no groups assigned and <group op="!=" value=""/> to match systems with a group assigned.

Now it works just the opposite thanks to my faulty original implementation.

We should switch this ASAP before people start using it, as it is breaking backward compatibility.
