Description of problem:
openswan requires nss-tools (certutil) to generate keys. This requirement is missing.

How reproducible:
Install openswan when nss-utils is not installed. nss-utils will not be pulled in but is required for the key generation.

Expected results:
Installation of openswan pulls in nss-tools as a requirement

Additional info:
Add
Requires: nss-utils
to the openswan spec file.

Fixed in the latest build in F15. Closing now, please reopen if you find any issue with it.
