Description of problem: kde-plasma-networkmanager tries to set up a Mobile Broadband Connection every time the system is started (kde-plasma-nm). It's not possible to save settings.

How reproducible:
Every start up

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start kde-plasma-nm with modem installed

Actual results:
"New Mobile Broadband Connection" dialog

Expected results:
it's possible to setup mobile connection or at least - no dialog is shown

How can this dialog be disabled?
