Description of problem:
After a fresh Rhel 6.1 install pcsc is not starting itself.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
psc-lite-1.5.2-6.el6

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install a fresh RHEL 6.1 OS from this ISO :
http://download.devel.redhat.com/rel-eng/latest-RHEL-6.1/6.1/Client/i386/iso/RHEL6.1-20110420.0-Client-i386-DVD1.iso

2. Login as a system user.

  
Actual results:
pcscd is not running.

Expected results:
pcscd should restart itself on a fresh OS install. 

Additional info:
Restarted pcscd manually, esc then recognise the smart cards.
