Description G Jacobs 2011-05-01 18:30:01 UTC
Description of problem:Low toner level warning in upper left of display, each time you print, even with new cartridges. No way to turn off warning. Warning is displayed even though the ink levels are not monitored, I use Deskjet 4100 series, 4180 model. This error/warning also prevents you from printing international postage labels using Pay Pal using their program.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):1.1.13

How reproducible: Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Print something
2.
3.

Actual results:

Expected results:

Additional info:The warning is just a pain, but not being able to print due to a false warning means you cannot use this for international sales. XP works fine.

Thank you for the report however Fedora-10 is no longer supported.
Please install latest Fedora,
i.e 14 (15 should be released at the end of this month).

As a work-around you could try to install hplip from F13
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=236948
and re-create the printer queue, but it's on your own risk.
