Description of problem:
During firstboot on ia64/default install I selected to register the system using subscription manager (no RHN classic) and I got an error message saying:

local variable 'dmiinfo' referenced before assignment

Please see /var/log/rhsm/rhsm.log for more information.

How reproducible:
1/1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install ia64 as Xen FV guest. 
2. Select default package set
3. Complete the install and register using firstboot.
4. Select to register with Subscription Manager (no RHN Classic)
5. Enter username/password and proceed.
  
Actual results:
Error window.

Expected results:
No errors.

tested with subscription-manager-0.95.5.18-1 and the error window was not present. moving to VERIFIED.
