Description James Cape 2011-05-02 13:46:07 UTC
SELinux is preventing /usr/libexec/cups-pk-helper-mechanism from 'read' accesses on the lnk_file 4dbeb5684f07a.

***** Plugin catchall (100. confidence) suggests ***************************

If you believe that cups-pk-helper-mechanism should be allowed read access on the 4dbeb5684f07a lnk_file by default.
Then you should report this as a bug.
You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.
Do
allow this access for now by executing:
# grep cups-pk-helper- /var/log/audit/audit.log | audit2allow -M mypol
# semodule -i mypol.pp

Comment 1 Miroslav Grepl 2011-05-03 07:23:06 UTC
What were you doing when this happened?

Comment 2 James Cape 2011-05-03 13:09:55 UTC
IIRC, it was attempting to either add a printer on a remote CUPS queue, or print a test page on one just added.
