Description of problem:
  There is not enough info on Polish man on sigaction(2).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
  man-db 2.5.7-7
  yum 3.2.28-5
  man-pages 3.25-1
  man-pages-pl 0.24-10

How reproducible:
  100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. compare
  $ LANG=pl_PL.utf8; man 2 sigaction
  $ LANG=en_EN.utf8; man 2 sigaction
  
Actual results:
  In Polish man there's for ex. nothing about SA_SIGINFO,
  English one does have it.


Additional info:
  Haven't looked for other differences.
