Can you please do two things:

1. Move the Quick Tags column where the Added By one is now
2. Make sure that the quick tags, specifically the IA Proposed one, are always in the same location vertically, for the first record. I think this means valigning them to the top of the cell instead of the center.

These tweaks will help right-handed people and make things quicker for lists of topics where most of them are going to be proposed.
