Install evolution-mapi from test repo: 0.32.2-2 
fill in details for account, use MAPI.
Then do above steps

How to reproduce
-----
1. start evolution
2. click on calendar if not enabled (when it is nothing has to be done)
3. error appears:
Error on mapi://username.nl/
Failed to fetch changes from a server: QueryRows: MAPI error  (0x80040fff) occurred

The Evolution calendar has quit unexpectedly.

Your calendars will not be available until Evolution is restarted.

1. start evolution
