Description Chris Duryee 2011-05-04 15:11:22 UTC
Description of problem:

If you run rhsm-icon while there is already an existing copy running, you get the following message:

[beav@beav-laptop subscription-manager]$ rhsm-icon

** (rhsm-icon:9252): WARNING **: Failed to acquire com.redhat.subscription-manager.Icon

However, if you run with the "-d" option, you get a better message:

[beav@beav-laptop subscription-manager]$ rhsm-icon -d

** (rhsm-icon:9615): WARNING **: Failed to acquire com.redhat.subscription-manager.Icon
** (rhsm-icon:9615): DEBUG: rhsm-icon is already running. exiting.

It seems like the "debug" message should be a warn or fatal, and the warning should be a debug since it happens during normal operation.
