IVR System terminated the call -vs- linphonec terminating the call.

If needed I can create/provide a pcap output (tcpdump) of the call.

How to reproduce
-----
1. call ivr system via "linphonec"
2. issue menu selections via dtmf (rfc2833)
3. ivr system terminates call

This bug is currently assigned to an unsupported release. If you think this bug is still valid and should remain open, please re-assign it to a supported release (F22, F23) or to rawhide.
