Description of problem: Fencing test must be added manually to testplan on HP Server platforms (DL385 G7 tested)



Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
V7-1-3-35 and RH6.1 SNAP 5

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install deliverables mentioned above.
2. Execute v7 plan.  Fencing not added.  
3. Added manually using "v7 plan --add --test fencing --device ilo".  Assuming this is the correct device to add.

The intent is for the fencing test to be manually planned.

The command should be:

> v7 plan --add --test fencing

(no --device option)
